Lakesha Hicks

Hi, I’m Lakesha Hicks! Born in Fort Stewart Georgia, but raised in Fayetteville NC. I have lived in Fayetteville for the majority of my life and it’s home for me. I’m a graduate of E. E. Smith High School and Capella University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Along with being a real estate agent, I’m also a Healthcare Manager in the Cape Fear Valley Medical system.

The skills I have learned as a business manager help me in everyday real estate transactions. I have learned great communication skills, patience, and understanding the needs of others and what makes them happy and satisfied with your new home. My goal as a real estate agent is to help buyers find a home they love by listening to and prioritizing their needs and desires.

As a homeowner myself I know how hard it can be to find the perfect home in the perfect area. Selling a home can be a stressful experience, but I work hard to alleviate all my sellers’ concerns and make the process as enjoyable as possible.

Lastly, it is my priority to maximize the seller’s return on their investment by ensuring they get the best price for their home. In my free time, I spend time with my husband and children. We love to travel, hang out with family/friends, and go to sporting events. My kids being in sports keeps us involved and in the community.
