Garlinda is ABSOLUTELY the BEST!! Very knowledgeable and does not settle for anything less than greatness!! She will motivate you, encourage you, and inspire you. Truly a pleasure to work with and I was incredibly lucky to be blessed to have her by my side every step of the way!! Even when there was a house I absolutely wanted but it was not a good deal, Garlinda respectfully informed me why this was not a good deal, and advised me that I could still make my decision, but she wanted to make sure it was an informed decision. Garlinda is nothing short of amazing. She made our cross country move so easy and stressless. Garlinda worked with us for over 6 months to find the perfect property. She would drive to different homes we liked and do video tours of the house, property and area leading to the home since we couldn’t fly in to see each property. We first met Garlinda in January of 2019. We sat down and she asked pointed questions about what we were looking for and what our purpose and vision was. From there, Garlinda set out to make our dream a reality. We were out of state, so she would research properties for us to look at when we came to town. A year into our search, the pandemic hit. Garlinda never lost a beat. She was still on the job for us. She would go and video properties for us, and send them so that we could see them. It took two long years, but finally November 29, 2021, we finally closed on our new home. It was all thanks to Garlinda. We will be forever grateful for everything she did for us.
